职位描述
RESPOSIBILITY:
1.Report to the Deputy General Manager;
2.Lead a team of 2-3 colleagues to handle exhibitors' services for 2 -3 shows per year;
3.Be responsible for certain areas of the operation department independently;
4.Set up the master plan and budget for the operation part of a trade fair;
5.Deal with exhibition venue owners and related authorities;
6.Selection and negotiation with vendors;
7.Coordination with the project teams on operation matters;
8.Communication with German Headquarter on operation arrangement.
QUALIFICATION:
1.Bachelor Degree
2.at least 2 years experience in exhibition industry
3.Good English skill in writing and speaking
4.Capability in Shanghai dialect is a plus
5.Driving license is a plus
